Festive Food Fridays at Goat Hill Museum Store on December 4 |

468 S. Perry Street • Montgomery, AL 36104 On Friday, December 4, the Goat Hill Museum Store at the State Capitol is hosting the first of three Festive Food Fridays. This event is a celebration of Alabama food, and includes recipe tastings and cookbook signings by Alabama authors. This Friday, December 4, renowned Birmingham Chef Chris Hastings will be signing his book, Hot and Hot Fish Club Cookbook, from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Katherine Helms, author of Alabama: Rich in Flavor, will be attending from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Also featured from 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. is the the book, Scholarly Gourmet: A Collection of Recipes from Alabama’s Public Universities, sponsored by the Alabama Higher Education Partnership Foundation, Inc.
